Reports from around the world have been raving about an outbreak among teens and adults. People claim to have boys phase through walls, girls lifting cars, people wearing strange costumes to either fight or commit crime. Everyone is in a frenzy ad the so called Mutagenic Plague has swept across the world in such a sudden way.
Researchers are trying to examine teens and adults to find out whether or not this "plague" is genetic and if it has any ill effects on health. One leading professor from the Institute of American Higher Learning has expressed her theory on the events. Professor Cheryl Magnolia is stating that the Revolutionaries, aka mutants, have what she calls an M-gene.
The M-Gene is said to activate when people are teenagers and adults, especially young adults. People with the M-gene go through a metamorphosis. This usually occurs during or after puberty and people who go through the change may look the same or look completely different. The powers that Revolutionaries have mainly depend on their hobbies and personalities or it may be random.
