Ron and Hermione had a wonderful relationship growing up as part of the Golden Trio at Hogwarts, but after the end of their education and Harry moved on the pair finally admitted their feelings for one another. One year after the final defeat of Lord Voldermort Ron and Hermione got married and moved into a small town house in London. From the outside the pairs marriage seemed perfect and ideal, but for Hermione she began to feel regret shortly after their honeymoon was over. Yes she had spent a lot of her time at Hogwarts and even some summers with Ron, but she had not seen how messy and disorganized he really was until they shared a place.
As Hermione was a very neat and orderly person this began to annoy her more and more, especially when Ron seemed to want her to be the one who always cleaned and cook for the pair. One day feeling rather annoyed Hermione went on a little "me day" as she headed out to Diagon Alley to check out some of the more recent publications. While the book store in Diagon Alley was more chaotic than she would normally like it made up for it with all the books lining the walls, and sometimes the very floor itself. Seeing a book she had been looking for only had one copy left Hermione reached for it only for someone else to grab for it at the same time, so instead of either of them grabbing the book Hermione was now holding hands with the stranger. Looking up she sees to her astonishment that the hand belonged to Draco Malfoy of all people. Blushing the pair let go of each others hands. While he had started out as a bully to her and her friends at school after the defeat of Voldermort, Draco had become a somewhat friend to Harry and by extension Hermione and Ron.
After a brief silence Hermione and Draco spoke at the same time giving the other the right to have the book only to laugh at the unplanned copy of each other. Just than a clerk came and restocked the book letting them both have a chance to get it. The pair decided to catch up over lunch as Hermione decided to treat Draco to some muggle cuisine. Throughout the meal Hermione began to notice that Draco seemed to keep everything neat and tidy with his silverware the exact same distance between plate and each other all at parallel placement to each other it actual made Hermione's breath catch in her throat. Also for some reason she could not explain she seem to be following Draco's lead if one did not consider her paying for the meal, as Draco had no muggle cash, she collected the food when their order was called and gave Draco his food first waiting for him to take a bite before she began her own meal. When Draco's glass was empty she collected it and went to refill in not once or even twice but three times. Somehow Draco's dominant personality of wanting to be catered to, something that Ron had that irked her to no end, just seemed the thrill Hermione.
