Too late, the "Hostiles" attack the ship

Before Jess can answer, something outside hits the door with a loud thud. Thinking it must be Billy, Custer moves to open it but Jess grabs his wrist and shakes her head.

"Its here."

"Whats here? What followed you?"

"Something...plump. Something plump and alien."

The thing outside the door thumped again, then another, and another. Another. The sound of many hands pounding on the door became louder and louder and growing chorus of Kissssssshhhh sounded from the other side.

"Oh god. There's more than one."

The comm on the wall dinged and Spades voice sounded out over the speaker. "Captain! These things are all over the hull of the ship! We're covered in them."

Quin punched the com button and barked orders. "All hands prepare to launch, we are getting out of here."

"What about Billy?!" Custer asked.

"We need to fallback and regroup before these things overrun us. Once we have a plan, we'll come back and save Billy. I promise."

The comm buzzed again and a frustrated Spades responded. "We aren't going anywhere Captain. They've gotten into the wiring outside. Our engines aren't responding. Wait....theres something drooling from their bodies onto the cabin windows...its looks likes its coming out of their....Oh god, its melting through the glass! They're coming inside!"

The comm cut out and with a loud bang, the ship's door begin to buckle inward.

The Plumps were coming inside.....
