This choice: Varia was unhappy with the design, and got into a argument with Velma.  •  Go Back...
Chapter #5

Such language...

    by: Unknown
"What the hell'd you draw this thing with, a hairspray can?!" Varia sneered, her beak drawn back in a scowl as she craned her neck back to take in the design burned onto her legs. "It looks like shit!"

Velma cared none for the fact that she was speaking to a customer and gave a feral growl, lips parting away from her sharp teeth. "Excuse me?!"

"Shit!" Varia snapped again, pointing to the dragon that was now wrapped around her thong-clad leg. "You got the dragon's face all wrong, the colors look like easter egg dye, and look!" She hunched down, flaunting her ass uncomfortably close to Velma's face. "You spelled my mom's name wrong!"

I'll admit, the shadow under the "S" in Estillon was kind of smudged, but I didn't throw anything into the argument and shuffled back a few steps, watching the scene unfold from across the room. By then, Velma looked like she was legitimately hiding in the urge to bite her right in the ass.

With an eye twitching and her arms jittering, she snapped out the design Varia'd brought in and draped it over the branding, the lines matching almost perfectly. "See that? It's exactly what you wanted!"

But Varia didn't look like she saw it. Maybe she did, but her anger was on a roll as she hitched her pants up over her newly painted legs, lumbered around to stare Velma down face-to-face. "Well, bitch, whatever happened to 'the customer is always right?' Huh?"

Velma folded her arms along her chest. "Well, whatever happened to 'are you friggin' blind, you dumb bitch?', you dumb bitch? Huh?"

Blushing, I instinctively stepped back again, only to find I was just a foot away from the wall.
