How will Shepard grow?

Mordin uses Shepard as a guinea pig to test out his new steroid drug for rapid muscle growth. However, things don't go according to plan.

Alien STD: Shepard gets infected by an Alien STD which causes him to swell and grow massive.

Malfunction: Something went "wrong" after they rebuilt Shepard, which resulted in his newfound ability to grow bigger.
