The begining

It was an average day in an ordinary law office. Well, it would have been. However a package was delivered to the office inside said package was a remote with a spectacular power. The power to swap bodies around. The remote came with an instruction booklet. Not that there was any need for it. The buttons were clearly labeled "Aware swap" and "Unaware swap" respectively.
The person who received the remote was going to send the package back, but then they thought 'If someone sent this they must have wanted it to be used' The one who received the remote took it and then head off to their work. Now for the most important question The person who received this amazing remote was?
