making a clone to create the seal while another searches for a strand of hair naruto says ''i know'' with the two requirements done naruto dispells the clones as he makes the new mask.
picking it up off the seal naruto taps into the chakra of the sanbi to cast an effictive genjutsu on the rikage as he picks him up and drops him off at the rikage tower as he zooms off back to konoha with the rikage none the wiser. arriving back in konoha naruto gets to work on making a seal that will prevent the masks memories form overwhelming his own.
