Upon confirming that she will be happy to supervise Naruto puts on the mask, as the mask makes contact with Naruto's skin the mask immediately latches on the transformation starts with turning Naruto's hear dark red and lengthening, following that the transformation proceeds down his neck slimming in his shoulders growing breasts and forming the rest of his torso into that of the hourglass shape of Kushina his mother, upon reaching his lower half his privets merged with his body and then forming female parts from there his legs are full slimmed and smoothed out.

Upon looking to Tsunade the now female Naruto sees...
