So you don't know how, but apparently, your mother, well, your new mother just gave birth to you yesterday. You try to call out for help, but all that comes out of your mouth is incoherent baby babble. But this was enough to get someones attention. That someone was your new mother. When you see her, you conclude that you and her are both.
