Jia heard her mom from just outside her room. Slowly, the little girl rubbed her eyes and sat up in her bed. She looked down at her diaper, the only article of clothing she was wearing. Jia didn't really like pajamas, She preferred the feeling of her sheets on her bare skin. She sighed. It was wet as usual. She stood up and walked over to her mom in the hallway.
"Mom, I need a change." Jia said.
Mom nodded and took her daughter to the bathroom. Jia laid down on her changing mat and Mom untaped the diaper.
"Oh my, Jia. You're VERY wet." Mom said.
She took out some wet wipes and cleaned Jia right up. Mom got out a new diaper, and after being sure to powder the girl thoroughly, taped a fresh diaper up.
"All done. Now get dressed." Mom said.
She gave Jia a soft pat on her padded butt as Jia got to her feet.
Jia went to her room. What did she want to wear today?
