A witch somehow botches a spell or gets unintentional results

12 year old Hiyori just wanted an extra 3 inches in height and to fill her training bra.
Instead she gains a 15 year old self which wouldn't be so bad except the part where after her 1st spurt now instead of growing up in age or maturing she's growing bigger and bigger

Anna a 7 year old witch in training just wanted to grow up a little to get thru witch training faster however her spell isn't working as intended. Soon her "grow up spell" leads to her growing up and up and up in a way she hadn't bargained for and finding and using the reversal spell might prove a challenge
