"Here you go, mam." the girl said with the same unfaltering smile as she handed Dakota her order on a tray.
"Thank you very much." Dakota said as she grabbed her tray. But when she wasn't looking where she was going, she ended up smashing her tray into someone behind her. "Oh I am...so...sorry."
Dakota could only look up in surprise to see the sheer size of the person behind her. She towered over the small girl with her large body, mostly covered in flab but she still looked big enough to crush her easily.
"Oh you're gonna be sorry, you tiny little bitch. Think I'm going to let you just get away with that?" she growled as she reached out an arm as if to grab the girl before it was swatted away by Piper.
"Back off, Bertha. She's my friend and if you want her, you gotta go though me." Piper said taking a defensive position.
"Hmph. Be lucky you're friends with those Blacks." the girl said as she waddled off.
"Phew...that was a little intimidating. You okay?" Piper asked.
"Yeah...but who was that woman?" Dakota asked, still a little scared.
"Her names Bertha. She's the biggest bitch in town, both figuratively and literally. She's an even bigger bitch than me but I know ways to chase her off." Piper said taking Dakota to their booth.
"Yeah...I can see that." Dakota said.
"Just a little bit of advice, when it concerns Bertha..." Piper said. "Don't mess with her. Now let's eat. You can share my food."
