"Of course I'll help ya!"
by: Unknown
Callie clapped her paws with glee. "Just follow me to that there bakery." She ran over,
Texas easily catching up. "This here is mah bakery!" She walked over to her counter top,
nudging Texas to come in. "The flour's all the way up there, be so kind to get it fer me."
Texas nodded kindly, turning her back around and reaching for the flour. "Is it this--"
WHAM!
Texas collapsed on the floor letting the bag of flour plump down beside her. Behind her stood Callie, grinning and holding a now head-shaped frying pan. "Thanks, but a deal's a deal." Just before that day, Mayor Vivian offered her a worth's supply of candy if she managed to bring Texas to her in any way.
Everything was pitch black, suddenly light came in her vision. Texas groggily lifted up her head, wanting to rub the aching pain throbbing on the back of her head. She found that both her arms and legs were restricted, no matter how hard she tried. "No use in fightin'. I suggest givin' up right 'bout now." Texas looked up, laid down down on a cold, steel table.
Callie stood there, licking her lips as she walked closer, holding a rolling pan. "Y'know, it's fine. I didn't need that old sack of flour anyway. Besides, I've just found the perfect substitute."
