Redd White was going through a dilemma. For a while now the defense attorney Mia Fey had been gathering information on him and those he blackmailed in an attempt to take down both him and Blue Corp. She hadn't gotten any major leads yet, however she was getting close to finding some actual information. While he doubted she would find anything for at least a few years, leaving any loose ends may be dangerous to him in the future.
As Redd White thought about what to do about the Mia situation he heard a knock on his office door. Strange, he thought he told his secretary that he didn't want to be disturbed. He walked to his office door and opened it to only find a package. He took the package and headed back to his desk.
Odd, usually the only mail he got was letters from people he blackmailed, usually those letters consisted of them begging Redd White to end his blackmailing of them. He had a furnace full of ash from those letters.
He opened the package and inside he found an odd remote and a manual. Reading through he found that the remote apparently had the power to swap bodies, possess people, and shapeshift. It seemed utterly ridiculous. He wanted to put the remote back in the box and throw it away! However, a thought came to mind. What harm is there in at least testing it? If he tested it and it didn't work, he'll just throw it away.
Now there was the most important question, who should he test it on? A few people came to mind. The first was Mia Fey, she had been gathering information on him lately, maybe he should test it on her. The access to her files on him would also be an added bonus. However, testing it on her first may be a bit risky.
The next person to come to mind was a secretary he had hired the other day, April May. She was a nearby target and if she found out about the remote, it would be easy to keep her quiet about the whole thing.
The final person to come to mind was a blackmail victim of his, Marvin Grossberg. While the thought of becoming Grossberg was revolting, Grossberg was completely under White's control, so keeping him quiet about the whole remote thing should be fairly simple.
After thinking over for a while longer, Redd white chose to test the remote on...
