Maximillion Galactica was sitting in his room at the Big Berry Circus enjoying his favorite hobby, counting his money. Ever since the big trial of the ringmaster's murder, the circus had gotten a big boost in profits. Apparently all that publicity from the murder had convinced a lot of people to visit the circus for the first time.
Of course, that free publicity could only bring them so far, every week Max and the other members of the circus were thinking of new ways to spice up their acts and generate interest in the audience. Although they had been successful in bringing in profits, it wasn't enough for Max. He wanted to make the Big Berry Circus the most fabulous circus in the world! He wouldn't be satisfied til it was a household name!
What he really needed right now was a new way to improve his magic act! Sure, the audience loved his fantastical flight around the tent and his amazing card tricks, but he needed something more! Something big! Something never done by any other magician! Max sighed, how was he supposed to think of an act like that?
Max's money counting was interrupted by a knock at the door. Who would be knocking this late at night? Max opened the door and to his surprise, no one was standing there. He was about to head outside, but he noticed something on the ground, a package.
"Ah, one of my darling honeys must have dropped off some fan mail. They were probably to shy to hand it to me in person." Max justified the packages appearance as he picked it up and brought it inside his room. He put it on the table beside his money and opened it. Inside the package was a remote and a manual, Max's eyes widened as he read through the manual.
"This is it! I've got my new got!" Max shouted, probably loud enough for people staying in the other rooms at the circus to hear.
The remote was allegedly some kind of 'Body Swapper' It had four buttons and a small screen. The four buttons were labeled 'Aware Swap', 'Unaware Swap', 'Possession', and 'Shapeshift', the manual described all of the buttons functions and each one of them seemed to be able to swap around or change the bodies of it's targets.
Max couldn't believe what he was reading! With this thing he could have an act that no other magician could replicate and no viewer could explain. An act where he could manipulate and swap around the bodies of his audience! With every second he looked at the remote and manual, his brain began to work on what kind of act he could do with it.
Of course, before he could use it in an act, he had to find out whether or not it worked. He needed to test it. He should probably test it out right away, he was only a door away from his fellow performers, any one of them would be glad to let him test it on them.
However, even if it did work, he would need to explain that to all of his fellow performers in the circus and discuss the plan of his act and get all of their approval. He should probably wait until tomorrow to do that, no need to wake everyone up in the middle of the night.
Max couldn't wait to find out whether or not this remote worked, he would put the Big Berry Circus on the map with this!
