The servant (whose name is Rachel) tried as hard as she could to fit the dress on the princess but unfortunately no matter what she did, the princess was just too fat.
“I’m sorry princess, but the dress will not fit you” said Rachel.
“Then get the biggest one I have” said Cassandra.
“This is the biggest one you have” said Rachel.
“WHAT?! This just can’t be!” said Cassandra.
Normally growing too fat for her dresses would a proud moment for her as she enjoys growing bigger and fatter. But unfortunately Cassandra had plans for today.
“This is just awful! The princesses from the neighbouring kingdoms are coming to visit today and I can’t face them in my undergarments. I’ll be the laughing stock in all of the kingdoms” said Cassandra.
This was truly a dilemma. There was no time to make a new dress from scratch and they couldn’t cancel the play date so they had to think of something and fast. After thinking for a while Rachel came up with an idea.
“I have an idea your highness. If we take one of the queen’s smaller and trim it down it just might be able to fit you in time for the princesses arrival” said Rachel.
“Do we have enough time?” asked Cassandra.
“If I leave now, we should” said Rachel.
“Then why are you just standing here? GO!” said Cassandra.
Rachel then made haste and hurried to the queen’s chambers and went to her wardrobe. She found the smallest dress she had and immediately began to trim it down for Cassandra. Cassandra in the meantime simply sat down on her bed nervous and hoping that Rachel would be done in time.
