I saw one female figure get up and walk towards me. She was absolutely ginormous and cast a shadow over me before she was even halfway towards me and I gasped at the sight of the behemoth. She was an enormous 88" high, gray-skinned hippopotamus anthro with bright blue eyes, red lips and light brown hair reaching down to her monstrous rear that was wider than she was tall. She wore a red headband tied around her forehead with a purple jacket and black tank top with skin-tight khaki shorts and pink fishnets. She had several scars on her right shoulder resembling a tornado and on her left ear was an earring that was shaped like a hippopotamus skull. From my vantage point, I also saw that her toenails were painted bright copper.
I looked up in fear as I recognized this hippopotamus woman. Her name was Peony and she was a professional wrestler who fought in the pinnacle of the heavyweight championship of the world. There was a rumor that she had never lost a fight in her life. She gave a snort as she looked down on me. I didn't know what to expect from this big lady. "Well," you think. "At least it doesn't look like she needs me." However, then, the enormous hippopotamus amazon does something that surprises you. She smiles sweetly at you and then bends over her knees, touching the ground with her large stomach as she takes a closer look. "Wow," she says in a very high-pitched voice that I'd never expect from an anthro as big as her. "I don't think I've ever seen a human as cute as you."
My eyes popped out. "Did she just call me, cute?" Perhaps she meant in terms of a pet. That's the only context that giants like her would use when calling dwarves like me cute. Peony then got on her knees and held her enormous face in front of me and gave a smile. I think it was supposed to be a sweet smile, but her teeth were really huge and sharp. They were as big as trees. I was afraid she was going to eat me. But then, Peony closed her mouth and giggled. "I can handle my luggage on my own, thank you very much. But I'd appreciate it if you took me to my room on this train, Mr..." I cleared my throat as the giant woman stood up. "Uh. Nathan. Nathan Beane. Ms. Peony." Peony let out a giggle like a schoolgirl. "Nathan," she says. "Sounds fierce. I like that in a human." I gave a nervous smile as I walked ahead to lead Peony to her room. I made sure to stay as far enough ahead of her so she wouldn't step on me.
However, all the while, she was staring at me. I took a closer look and I realized she was looking with lovestruck eyes. Then I remembered something about Peony. She was 29 and it was really stressing her out because she was still single. Apparently, just because she was a wrestler, didn't mean she was lucky in love. Rumor has it that she had a thing for human men, mainly because Peony was only attracted to males who were much smaller than she was. That didn't do me again good. But I tried to forget about it and focus on my job when...
