Doing this because no two people have the same character and playthrough. This also will determine what game the Gwendy Vault appears in... Well, at least without the Tale of Two Wastelands mod. There is talk of making that mod compatible with Fallout 4.

Personality : Optimistic pessimist

Favored Faction: Wild Card

Favored weapons: Revolvers, machetes, Power Fist, grenades

Special perks for Storyline reasons : the implants from Doctor Usanagi at the New vegas medical Clinic are like it.
