You go inside without hurting yourself or Pele.

Even though you expected traps to be triggered, somehow you avoided any of them and reached what must have been the worship room in the temple. " So this is where they worshipped the Goddess" Pele asked, he was spot on about it. You nodded as he had noticed the stone statute of a goddess in the centre.

" Perhaps we should find some artefacts to bring back?' Pele asked. ' Good idea but I think we should take a look around." you reply to Pele. Pele nods and searches the area for something they can bring back on the boat, the statute would have to be sent to a museum at a later time. You walk around the temple, light coming in through ancient windows built by the natives.

There are many strange markings on the walls of the room, it must have been some ancient language. It bore some resemblance to Olmec and Inca but it had its own touch of uniqueness to it.

You have the following choices:

1. You or Pele accidentally summon the Goddess.
