The girl farts again some of the gas flying straight into Izuku's mouth Izuku starts to cough the smell and taste is getting to be too much, at that moment when Izuku is stuck coughing Uraraka lifts her butt up again placing her fingers into her panties and removing them, when Izuku opens his eyes he is met with Uraraka's naked butt lowering onto his face his nose now trapped between her cheeks.
He has two options make noise try and get someone else attention but expose his friends secret OR he can stay quiet and endure the farts.
