As Mandy stood still at the crossway she looked at the people standing next to her. A businessman wearing a suit and constantly looking at his phone and the street as if he was in a hurry, the buxomed lady that was constantly playing with her blouse as to show off her impressive cleavage and the kid standing next to her so grossed into his phone that she found it amazing he didn't walk on automatically. None of these people had the thing she now had, this power. Mandy thought she still looked ordinary, her hair was in the same ponytail, she was wearing the same black polo shirt and her usually pair of jeans and flats. None of these people went through the same experience she had yesterday. She still thinked it was bizarre. One moment she was sitting in bed watching TV and the next moment she was being zapped by someone or something. She couldn't do anything and Mandy thought she would die. But nothing of the kind happened, she was unconscious for half an hour and there was this one word stuck in her mind but as far as she coud tell she was just as normal as everybody else.
