The Secret Tickle Torture Chamber of Mr. Jeffries

The neighborhood meanie seemed prepared for just such an intrusion, and as he dragged the kicking and fighting sisters downstairs, they were quickly and proficiently bound with zip-ties and silenced with their own socks crammed into mouths and tied fast by scarves.

Now that Mr. Jeffries had them thus incapacitated, he set to freeing each long enough to place them into more serious restraints. The basement below the shack was dominated by a stout support beam, and he set to securing each of the girls with their arms tied above their heads on separate sides of the vertical beam, facing away from each other. Next, he tied Summer’s ankles to the ends of a spreader bar, so that she was totally helpless with her back to the beam now. He then brought over a wooden seat with stocks to lock Mouse’s feet into so that she was seated on the opposite side of the pole from Summer, arms high over her own head, seated with her ankles trapped in the stocks. He wasn’t quite done yet, though. The fiend next used some blue duct tape to further silence the already gagged Salt sisters, so that the best they could muster in their defense were tiny muffled moans and whimpers.

As the sisters proceeded to whine and growl and fight their restraints, Mr. Jeffries decides to:
