A quad-bust??!

"It IS working!" Kate said triumphantly, as she watched Mary's bust slowly enlarge like a pair of balloons.

"Awesome!" Mary grinned, taking off her shirt and bra to better watch the magic happen.

"Wait... that's not right...." Kate muttered as she noticed something else starting to grow under Mary's breasts.

"What? What is it? What's not right?!" Mary asked, a little intimidated. She looked down, and to her shock, not only were her breasts gradually enlarging, but a second pair of nipples had appeared underneath them, and like a fast-forwarded film of a growing plant, those nipples had budded, sprouted, and grown into a secondary pair of breasts.

When at last the growth had stopped, Mary looked herself in the mirror to see that indeed, she had four sizeable boobs.
