This choice: POV: Dahlia, who is ready and eager to get these butterballs rolling! • Go Back... People always fussed and cooed over Dahlia that her job must be so hard to keep up. The diet, the exercise, maintaining a perfect body. That part really wasn’t that hard. People just liked telling Dahlia that because it made them feel better about their own lifestyle. That dieting and exercise would take SO much willpower, why even worry about it.
No, no one thought about and gave sympathy for the actual hard parts of the job, in Dahlia’s experience. And one, was that you had to be a morning person. Zack and Alice said they were too tired after work to consistently work out, and that meant they decided to work out in the mornings. And that meant Dahlia had to be up and at work even earlier then them. She was lucky the people she rented this space from would give her a key.
She sipped her black coffee, as she watched them shuffle into the gym in their poorly fitting shorts and yoga pants through the pane glass door.
His wife joining was kind of a buzzkill, but she was pretty heavy herself. Maybe having her here would turn out fun. Maybe Dahlia could swing a threesome? And besides, she’s the one who’s saving her from totally regretting an offer she made thinking with her pussy when rent was due.
Not only did she have to get up in the morning for this job, but she had to be high energy in the mornings to motivate people to work out. She swung the door open, and held it out for them.
“Zack~! Alice~! So glad you could make it…” She was, at least, naturally good at the high energy thing, even if she had to force it a little at this hour.
“Well, we could exactly miss our first day, could we?” Alice joked. It sounded to Dahlia like she was trying to be nicer after they got off on the wrong foot, which she liked. She was worried Alice was going to be a bitch about the whole thing with her husband.
“You’d be surprised! Not that I’d hold it against you…” It was always a double bind for these kinds of clients with Dahlia. On the one hand, she’d love it if these two never did a push-up again in their lives. On the other hand, she’d never get to see them again if they did that.
“So what’s your level of fitness like?”
“Well, last time I got to the gym I could comfortably run a kilometer…” Alice started. “But…that was almost a year ago.”
Zach nodded. “Yeah, about the same.” He seemed like he wasn’t in a hurry to be seen chatting with Dahlia this morning.
Dahlia had to suppress her surprise at the idea either of them could run a kilometer only a year ago, but she supposed it was possible. “Well, how about this, I’ll lead you two through a typical workout program for one of my clients, and then we’ll see where you’re at, and tailor a workout program for you. Sound good?”
“That sounds great.” Zack’s enthusiasm broke through.
“Wonderful! Now it’s important to get a good stretch in before your workout to prevent injury, especially after a long time off like this. Have either of you done assisted stretching before?”
The two only shook their heads.
“Alright, Alice, I’m gonna need you to lay on your back, and put your leg in the air. Just as far as you can, don’t worry about how far…”
She watched as Alice engaged in the unfamiliar activity of moving her body with so much of it everywhere, her butt providing loads of extra padding as she sat down on the rubber floor. If she started with Alice, this next part would seem less weird. Dahlia grabbed the back of Alice’s foot, and lifted it up in the air, driving her shoulder into Alice’s jiggling thigh.
“That’s it…just relax…”
–
“Keep going, keep going! Finish strong! Finish strong!” The stop-clock beeped in alarm “Aaaaaand time. That’s great, you both did great today. Get some water.”
Alice and Zack absolutely were not going to do that. They were going to lay on their back, gasping like fish, their bellies rising and falling, while Dahlia’s watched them puff up and go back down, just so she could watch them stick out again.
It was the oldest trick in the book. Her book, at least. Whenever she had clients she wanted as a…special project, like Zack, rather than laying it on thick and taking it easy to start, she’d hit them with both barrels and really let them feel a real workout. Nothing excessive, just what she’d put a normal client through.
“Oh god, Zack…I didn’t think I was gonna make it through that…”
“I don’t think I did, Alice…”
“...I still…have to shower…before work…”
Alice rolled onto her knees as part of the process of standing up, her belly and breasts shaking side to side from the motion and tugging her downwards
Dahlia turned on the radio to listen to while she got things ready for her next client.
”I don’t care what anyone says, not going to the gym was the best decision I ever made…well, okay not exercising at the gym was the best decision I ever made.”
Without fail, after a real workout, her ‘special clients’ always were so relieved to get the lightened load they never questioned it.
“Hope to see you two tomorrow!”
