You decide taking on the two waitresses wouldn't bode well for you. Instead, you sneak around for another entrance. You eventually discover an air vent leading into the casino. You stealthily sprint to it, removing the cover and crawling through. You crawl through and eventually find yourself on an outcropping above the casino floor. Then, you see it! A tail, black and blue, slinking through a door that shut behind her, locking in place.
Looking across the floor, you see numerous civilians either playing cards, slots, or roulette. There are also several playboy waitresses holding trays of beverages. Sprinkled into the crowd are a few green cat girls. Someone amongst the crowd must have a key!
