The Cavalry

“Halt!”
You hardly even made it a few yards before one of the wandering knights spotted you. You turned to look at your captor; a seven-foot tall canine of some sort, wielding some sort of modified sasumata-like weapon. Her long, straight hair dripped out the bottom of her kettle helm, and she had a surprisingly regal expression on her face, for an anthro. This was downplayed by the fact that her armor seemed completely impractical, obviously designed more for showing off her cleavage than protecting her; then again, she probably wasn’t planning on fighting any actual battles. She was just trained to catch humans… and to this end, she rode on the back of the largest horse you’d ever seen. At around ten feet tall from its hooves to its withers, the curvaceous mare towered over you, almost more intimidating than the knight herself.
“Human, by order of the Queen, I demand you surrender yourself at once!” The knight demanded, and you froze in place, looking up at her. With her huge horse, she could obviously beat you in speed if you tried to flee… but you were at a fair. There were buildings all around; buildings that huge mare would never be able to fit inside. You just had to make it to one of them, and you were free. With that thought, you immediately break out into a full sprint towards the closest stall you see. “Rosey! Onwards!” The knight commanded, and the horse began to run after you. Despite your head start, you heard the huge hoofsteps beat closer you at a terrifying rate… and before you knew it, the horse-riding knight was only a couple yards behind you, her sasumata aimed to wrap around your neck.
