Put Buster in the stocks and tickle his bare feet

"How about putting him in the stocks and letting me and Muffy tickle his bare feet?" suggested Francine. "That's a great idea. You and Muffy head out and I'll get Buster ready" said the guard. "No, please" thought Buster.

Soon, Buster was locked in the stocks blindfolded while his bare feet, one of the most sensitive spots on his entire body, were exposed for a tickling. He wiggled his toes, dreading this session. Francine and Muffy approached his feet and began eying up the tools.

Fist, Buster felt a set of fingers attack his soles. The nails were long and well kept, telling him they belonged to Muffy. He squirmed and tried keeping his composure, but eventually broke.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEehehehehehehehehehehe. MUFFY PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZhehehehehehehehehe, OHhahahahahahaha, OH PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ, IT TICKLES SO BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD" laughed Buster. Soon. Francine's fingers also began tickling his bare soles and he lost it.

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I'LL BE GOOD, MAKE EM STOP. WOOHOOHOOHOOHOO. OH JEEZ, NOT MY TOES, NOT MY ARCHES, NO-HO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" screeched Buster. The girls only giggled in response.

Soon, it was time for some tools. What should Francine and Muffy use?:
