Let's start with some scenarios in Gotham. There is a new drug going around. It grants it's user inhuman strength and abilities, sort of like Bane's venom. This drug has a catch though. It only works on Women. And not only that. Whoever uses it becomes permanetly incontinent and has a strong desire to swallow the opposite gender whole. However the GCPD doesn't know of that drug yet.
Scenario 1:
You are a rookie cop in Gotham. Together with your colleagues you investigate a distress call, when you suddenly get trapped and seperated. From then on the whole investigation turns into a survival game, as you try to find your colleagues and a way out of the district. But be careful, the women are already on the hunt.
Scenario 2:
You are a criminal in Gotham. You can choose for who you want to fight, that doesn't mean you are safe from their hunger though. But for now it would be better to do what they say. After all they do share some goals with you and it's atleast better to try and survive out here than to rot in a cell.
