Jade gets even hungrier, and fills up her gut

"Jade? Jade?! Is Aria out there yet?" Blake yelled to his gigantic sister, as he sloshed thigh-deep in milk, mashed potatoes, and stomach acid. Booming groans denoting the start of the young teen's digestion of her lunch rocked the gastric pool, splashing some tingly liquid onto her brother's tiny body. It's...a little terrifying, to think about being a part of Jade's digestive process, even if he could survive it.
"Ooh, those look good!" Jade went to get more food, which sloshes Blake and his boiling foodstuff companions around in her belly, still rumbling with hunger. She came back to her seat with a burger and fries and began to scarf it all down.
"Jeez, you're really hungry today!" Blake shouted to Jade, but as he expected, she didn't respond. Welp. She's not paying attention to him anymore, instead more focused on filling up her stomach. Blake tries to dodge the raining globs of freshly-eaten lunch but he isn't very successful.
After several minutes, Jade is patting her bloated gut and licking her fingers clean. The slight distended roundness of her tummy pushes up against her shirt, and the packed-full feeling within is amazing to the satisfied teen.
Not so much to the other teen that is actually within her cramped stomach. Blake tries to scream for Jade's help but is met every time with a small disgusting mouthful of digesting food. He is neck-deep in a thick sloshy bubbly lake and surrounded by a cacophony of weird guttural noises.
"Hey bro, Aria's here!" Jade says as students including Blake's crush file into the cafeteria. *BUUUURRPP* Jade lets out a mighty belch as her food settles.
Then...it suddenly occurs to her.
"Uh-oh."
She may have eaten too much to make letting you out now a feasible process.
