Take the pills

"Fuck it", Kathrine states out loud. She already had a note ready and lays it out. While she still has the nerve she opens the bottle and swallows a handful of pills. She lays back on her bed and looks again at Keith's page. "Live with this fucker", she says! She included everything in the note, about Keith being the father of her child, and everything else. As the pills start taking effect Kathrine starts having second thoughts. "Oh shit, what have I done. This is death", she thinks. She starts reaching for her phone and then passes out. The next thing she sees is a bright inviting light. "Oh great, I'm dead", she thinks as she starts moving towards the light. A voice then comes from behind her. "You don't have to go into the light. You can go back", the voice says. She turns to see an angel. He or she, it's really hard to determine its gender, is beautiful. She/he shines bright. "What", Katherine asks? The angel smiles and says, "Katherine, what was done to you was horrible. Granted, it was kind of your fault, but what Keith did was much worse. What if I said I could send you back and not only send you back, but sent you back with the power to get revenge on Keith and all the others that did you wrong, would you do it?" Kathrine thought about it. She remembered Keith's expression with that other girl. "Lying piece of shit", she thinks. When it comes down between dying, or going back with the power to make him pay it's an easy choice. "Please send me back so I can make them pay", Kathrine states. The angel smiles and with a wave of its hand Kathrine finds herself falling back towards earth and her body. The angel begins to laugh as a pair of horns grow from its head. "This will be fun to watch", it giggles.
