A new scenario:

Cinder and Emerald transfer into Beacon Academy. After some incidents with boys trying to flirt with them, treating them inappropriately, etc. they decide enough is enough.

After some experimenting, they find a way to shrink every male in the academy while every female remains at their normal size.
