"What do you mean?" Jodie asked.
"Jodie, you are an amazing girl but I don't want to have to go through all of this just to make you happy. I kind of miss being a girl," you said, "I know we had this talk for a while and I seriously miss having breast! The guy I borrowed this body from kind of want it back soon and there are just so many reasons why I need to be me again!"
But ETHAN! You know what would happen if you do so! People will start having weird thoughts about me and all!" Jodie complained.
"Ever since the head pop event, I doubt anyone cares about that anymore!" you said, "I really don't want to break up with you, but this is just too straining! My voice hurts when I had to do that deep voice and it just hurts overall now!"
Jodie looked at you for a moment and thought about it some more. She took a seat on the couch and tried to think about what you said as you sat next to her. Your girlfriend started to look guilty as she gave a big sigh and said.
"You're right," Jodie said, "If it really is a problem now, I guess I need to grow up and accept the fact that I'm bi."
You never really yelled at Jodie in this entire relationship, not to this extend. You did argue, but it was never harsh criticism as you know that Jodie is a nice girl despite her passive aggressive behavior here and there. Perhaps it was best if you were aggressive as well to make this work.
"But if we were to do this, I kind of need help making small steps," Jodie said.
"Any suggestions?" you asked.
"Well, I first need to slowly acknowledge you as a female first of all," Jodie said, "Maybe slowly become more feminine as time goes on."
"I see. How about I just take my head off and you take care of it?" you suggested, "My gender is confusing when I'm only a head."
You took your head off and gave it to Jodie, "So am I a guy or girl?"
"I'm liking this plan, you still look like a man but you can still be yourself," Jodie said, "By the way, you don't have to use that voice anymore. It's starting to sound less convincing."
"Oh thank god!" you said with your original voice, "It feels so nice to be able to use my regular voice."
"Just imagine it being a guy with a girly voice like that anime I watched," Jodie said to herself.
"Good," you said, "You're making progress."
You then gave a look at your old male body and whistle it to go back to it's original head. You are now just a head with Jodie and it will take a while until you regain your original body.
"Any conditions my little noggin?" Jodie asked.
"Kind of want to make my hair long and maybe put on some make up again," you requested, "And of course, take care of me well."
"Okay Ethan, I mean Es... Elena?" Jodie said.
"Just call me Ethan for now," you said, "Small steps remember?"
"Right!" Jodie said, "Perhaps I can treat you like a plant. I will allow your hair to grow and I'll slowly get used to it."
"That would take a while," you said, "But it's enough time for me to show you my true self."
"Alright! First goal is to get used to the current female you!" Jodie said.
