In a room, Zoey's head sat on a table while her body is on a chair behind her. Basically any detach head sat on the table or anyone with a body of a small animal. Anyone with a human or large animal body got to sit on a chair because they are big enough to do so.

"From the news, the government is considering in banning head shops though that is still up to debate. One of the huge moral question is whether a head counts as a human and deserves the right as one. Many of you would say yes, but a head could not do much alone. They have to rely on a body or others. I do not want to degrade any heads in the room, I am simply discussing the topic at hand," Dr. Goodman explained.
"Do keep in mind that this town is exclusive in this case as most of the head detachment started with us. Some people come here to see our mismatched state as they say," Dr. Riley said.
"Head shops are perfect to gain companions or for bodies to have heads, but we got adoption centers for heads without bodies. Some tourist like head shops so that they can either swap places or have proof of our state. However, there has been news of heads sold in the black market, stolen for profit, and misused. This often happens in many head shops either behind the store or the store itself. Some of these shops are shady while some are questionable at best. Some people bought heads and resold them for a higher price. So I ask you all, what is your stance on the matter and the value of a head's rights?" explained Dr. Goodman.
