It was almost late in the afternoon, and Susan was surely looking forward to this, when her seven year old son have just came home from school, still with that smile to his face, as if he’s back home again. His name is Rick, and he had that brown hair, and blue eyes, making some cute looks when his mother simply adores him upon greeting him back home again.
“Hey there, honey! How was school today?” Susan asked, which she would always comes up with the same question, just in case if there’s something wrong in regards to it.
“Good! I’ve gotten good marks for math today!” Rick replied, and told his mother the good news with that cheerful smile to his face.
“That’s brilliant!” Susan was delighted with that cheerful smile. “I think this little boy gets a huge surprise from Mommy, if you can put your bag in your room for now?”
“Okay Mom!” Rick nodded and headed towards the bedroom for a minute.
While he does that, Susan takes a look at the ray gun and see how it all works. The only switch she had a look at is the trigger, just like the toy gun or water gun like her son would play with those stuff. It may be simple enough, but she hasn’t tried it before, so she’ll be hoping she can just blast the ray on her son and see how fat Rick can get.
She had to think this through for a couple of moments until Rick came back to the living room, and wasted no time but to ask his mother what it is she’s got for him.
“I’m back Mom! Rick added. “So, what kind of surprise is it?”
That’s when she had to make a response? Should Susan tell her son about how it works, or just shoot him and see him react in such a way?
