"With all due respect, Miss Dust and madam head witch, the honor should be mine." Serious, you stated. "I alone gave the offer to my brother and he accepted. For someone else to give the tour, it would give the appearance of carrying an ulterior motive."
Ella turned to you, surprised but then smiled as Miss Dust looked on, shocked. "Well said, Gina." Calmly, Ella said. "I agree that the mad science community would view a tour lead by myself or the head of administrations as an attempt to sway his decision."
"I agree that you graduated at the top of your class with honors and breaking every record." Politely, Miss Dust said. "However, this particular visit holds a great significance..."
"It holds a great political significance." Frowning Ella corrected. "At first, I believed myself best suited for the task due to its delicate nature. However, I now see that it would be best if Gina lead the tour so it would be seen as a sister showing off her Alma Matter."
"Perhaps one of us should accompany them then." Offering a compromise, Miss Dust said. "At least this way we can guarantee our visitor has a pleasant tour of our fine school."
"I agree." Smiling, Ella replied. "However, I believe this falls under the jurisdiction of the school prefects; I will summon them."
With a quick phone call, four teenage girls in security uniforms entered the office with serious expressions on their faces. They spotted Joe immediately and turned to Ella. "Has this boy caused trouble on campus, madam head witch?" The first girl asked.
"Joe, this is Sue Winters, Sal Summers, Grace Fall, and Val Spring." Motioning to the girls, Ella said. "They are this school's top prefects and Soothsayer cadets."
"Soothsayer?" Confused, Joe asked.
"Witch police." Firmly but kindly, Miss Dust replied. "They are a part of the D.D.M.C. The Department of Dark Magic Control."
Ella nodded then turned to the prefects. "Ladies, I would like to introduce you to my grandson; the heir to the throne of all mad scientists, Joe Mage."
The prefects turned slightly pale as they looked at Joe then they saw you and sighed slightly. "I take it Mr Joe Mage is here for a tour with his sister." More calmly, Sal said.
"That is correct." Firmly, Ella said. "I am entrusting you four to ensure nothing unfortunate happens to our guests during their stay. As Joe told me, he wants the facts, not a sales pitch."
All four girls nodded, a bright smile forming upon their faces. "Joe and Gina Mage are in good hands, madam head witch." Saluting, Val said. "We will ensure a pleasant and informative tour."
