Mike leafed through the closet with trepidation, you'd have that too if you were an adult man rifling through his daughter's closet, but it was in the dresser where Mike found what he was looking for. Picking the least sexy pair of panties he could find, and grimacing at how many thongs there were inside, Mike changed into a pair of yoga pants and a t-shirt that Mike was certain that Maggie had stolen off an old boyfriend.
During the changing process, Mike took the opportunity to look at what his body looked like under the clothes, but quickly finished dressing, because he felt like a creep, even if it was his body.
He wasn't much more comfortable, but at least he was in clothes that fit, and took a few minutes to rifle around the room. For all intents and purposes, it seemed as if Maggie and "Michelle" had lived identical lives, the only difference was the person who lived as them. Perhaps it was a gift from whatever force had changed them by not forcing them to have to see each other's naked bodies.
"All right, Dad. I'm back!" Maggie came back into the room, now clad in a pair of jeans and a polo shirt, causing Mike to jump slightly as he leafed through a journal on the desk. "Are you reading my diary?"
"It's got "my" name on it," Mike said, showing the diary to Maggie. "But it does look like things that you've done."
"I figured as much, I did some snooping in your room. Nothing is different except the fact that my name is supposed to be Mark." Maggie said. "This is both disturbing and very weird."
"You can say that again..." Mike said. "If the goal of this was to make me appreciate what you go through, I think I've learned my lesson!"
They waited a moment to see if anything would happen.
"Dammit..." Maggie said. "Well, what do we do now?"
"What we do is..." Mike started, but was interrupted by the sound of a ringing phone.
