City Hall, sweet old City Hall.
What would Valentine be without a City Hall and a mayor? With the elections having been a recent event, the new mayor in office is a bit inexperienced, but they should be able to keep things in the city from getting any worse.
Right?
Dusk Hayes
A avid yoga practitioner, Dusk Hayes was elected mayor of Valentine thanks to the rising concerns of the city’s obesity rate, making promises to lower the city’s junk foods by any means necessary. Like most politicians, this was a bold-faced lie, just so she could get elected on her path to political power, but now that she has the job, she may have to find herself actually opposing it if she wants to keep it!
And considering the stress put upon her by all of these promises, it’s pretty much a given she’s gonna resort to stress eating. Can she upset this with her proper exercise? Probably not, but it should be entertaining to see her try.
Dusk starts off a relatively fit woman, with a small but rounded behind accentuated by a bit of fat in the right places. Gaining weight will cause most of her further fat to center around her thighs, legs, and especially her ass, with her belly eventually catching up.
Victor Darwin
Victor Darwin is the economic advisor to Dusk, and a firm member of her inner circle. Having connections to the Hammonds due to marrying into the family, Victor wants only what his wife, Dahlia Hammond wants best, and that’s to make the Hammond brand not just a hotel chain, but a way of life and a full-on industry, one that focuses on decadence and enjoyment rather than fitness and a belief in hard work.
His plans involve coercing Dusk into agreeing with him and putting into motion several plans that would give the Hammonds more and more control of the city. If his plans succeed, then the fate of Valentine will lean for a much heavier path.
Victor Darwin starts out as a somewhat balding man, with a muscular physique. He tends to gain weight all over, instead of in any specific focus area.
