-Black Hair with red and blue eyes

-A woman whose origins are shrouded in mystery and according to some people have purposely chosen to live within the slums.
-She tends to have a soft spot for women and young girls and sometimes hands out meals to those ladies starving in the slums
-Lives in a strange house at the end of an alley that seemed to just magically appear one day.
Belle Jarren
-Age: 29
-Black Hair with golden eyes
-Weight: 135 lbs (usually gains in the butt)
-This young woman during the day runs a small bar in the slums known as the Devil's hideaway
-In truth, this woman is the head of a mafia organization that deals in illegal goods and merchandise stolen from companies such as Yeng
-Bell may seem like a kind and sweet woman on the surface, but behind closed doors, she manipulative and is willing to even toss a friend under the bus to save herself.
