Amethyst had always been the chunkiest of the gems. She was the only one who ate human food regularly and really enjoyed it. This plus the fact she was in the ground for too long had lead to her being a bit pudgy around the middle.
One day while walking around beach city she saw some flyers posted up on the side of the pizza shop. The flyers read: “Are ready to show food what you can do? Enter the eating contest today on the beach at 3 o’clock!” “That sounds like fun!” Amethyst said checking the time. It was only 1 o’clock so she had a whole 2 hours to practice eating. She decided that she should start with pizza as that would be easiest.
She walked in and asked for 10 whole pizzas with extra cheese and 3 four litre bottles of coke. After a while she came out with a tall stack of boxes with the bottles of coke on top. She found a nice bit of shade on the street to start her practice.
She grabbed the first pizza and folded it up and swallowed it whole after that she ate though another one and another one. Her belly started to stick out. “Cool” she said the watched it grow further as she downed her first 4 litres. She continued to stuff another 3 pizzas down followed by her second bottle her stomach sticking out more and more over her chubby thighs that were starting to spill over the ground. She continued to stuff her last 4 pizzas into her belly that grew out another roll to cope with the large amount of food being shoved in to fast. She finished off with the final bottle that pushed her fat stomach out another few centimetres. She burped and tried to get up but she fell causing her new layer of fat to jiggle around her. “Wow this feels so good” said Amethyst poking her big belly it felt soft and squishy. “ I can’t wait till I get to eat all the food at the contest!”
After another few attempts she managed to get to her feet that she now couldn’t see due to her bulging stomach. She checked the time again it was now 2 o’clock. “What should I do now?” pondered Amethyst rubbing the round ball of fat that was her belly.
