Class starts, and Dylan's teacher immediately goes into discussing functions and integrals. He tries and listens, but his eyes just have had enough. He can hardly even keep a steady grasp on his pencil. Stress starts to build up. Natalie, a girl sitting next to him, notices his struggle and hands him some of her coffee she bought at the shop close to the school. He gladly takes it and takes a few drinks.
This helps for a good twenty minutes, however it is not enough. He starts to get extremely tired. His eyelids are so heavy that he has to use his fingers to keep them open. He can't take it any longer, and settles into a deep sleep.
Class has now ended, and he feels a hard tapping on his shoulder. He opens his eyes to see Natalie, however he has to look up to see her.
He looks down and figures out a TERRIBLE realization. He has shrunk to the size of a rag doll! He sits in the chair as if he were a mere infant in a high chair.
He and Natalie are the only ones in the classroom.
"I...I don't know what to say," she spoke.
"Natalie, you've got to help me out!" Dylan shouts.
Natalie hesitates and snatches him up from out of his chair.
"I'm going to have to hide you," she starts, "It's too dangerous for you to be seen like this. I've got my backpack, or my purse. Which do you want?"
