A single mother with two teen kids

Martha Fasler ▼ is 42 and the single mother of Heather ▼ and Andrew, both 17 and twins.
As always, there are lots of discussions between Martha and her kids as well as between her kids.
Andrew is between average and fit while Martha herself is chubby with big breast which have started to sag and meaty thighs on which cellulite has formed. Heather has taken her mother as a warning and is therefore pretty sporty and fit. She sports B-cups.

They live in the suburb of a medium big city (~90 000 inhabitants) with a good infrastructure.

Then one day something that's definitely not normal occurs.
And the occurrence is:
