1) Upon his death, Lex activates his hideout's "Shrink-y Self Destruct". Fleeing through a transmat portal, Lena discovers that the shrinking particles interacted with her portal, spitting her out in her office at a measly inch tall. As she takes stock, Supergirl comes in to check up on her, leaving Lena to decide if she wants her lying friend's aid.
2) With recent strides in her Harun-El experiments, Lena uses herself as a test subject, injecting herself with the serum. Scaring herself to activate her new powers, Lena's subconscious shrinks her down as a safety instinct. Unfortunately for Lena, just because you have something, it doesn't mean you know how to use it. Not skilled enough with her power to grow herself back to normal, Lena is now at the mercies of a gigantic Eve Teschmacher.
