"IRIS! This isn't funny! Let me out before I go from being elongated man to mushy digested man!" Ralph shouts as he scrambles back to his feet in the pit of Iris's stomach.
Everything happened so fast, one moment he was being tossed around by Iris while her voice boomed in his ear and suddenly his entire body was sucked unceremoniously down her throat.
If it wasn't for his easily compressable nature, he had no doubt that the trip down Iris's esophagus would have crushed his very bones to pulp. Pressing himself up against her inner stomach wall to avoid slipping down the middle and into the depths of her cavernous belly, Ralph could only hope that Iris would find a way to quickly get him out of her.
Outside, Caitlin continued to reassure Iris about Barry as she pulled a couple of tubs of frozen yogurt out of the fridge, handing one over to Iris.
"Oh crap," Iris thought to herself, hoping Ralph was still alright. She would never be able to explain his disappearance if her stomach ended up digesting him. The thought made her shudder and as she took a spoonful of the yogurt, she really hoped he would forgive her for putting him in this position. She had really just intended to give scare him when she had tossed him into her mouth earlier, she knew that he would be able to stand her chewing on his body like a piece of gum.
But this was a totally different thing, she had to get away from Caitlin before her stomach acids started to digest the yogurt...and Ralph along with it.
