18 was on the phone as she was watching her daughter Marron playing with some toys of hers. 18 had at several points stopped Marron from trying to remove her pink dress, wanting to keep her clothed throughout the day.
“No Marron, we don’t take off our clothes.” 18 said, casually taking her hand away from the hem of her dress. “Sorry, now what were you saying that crystal ball did?...”
“Hmph.” Marron pouted as her mother stopped her from trying to take off her dress again. She never liked wearing clothes, and often tried to take them off so she could be naked. She had succeeded before, but was always eventually caught by her mother or father.
“...I see. Well I better put it away then.” 18 said, grabbing a nearby orb made of an orange crystal with a small red star inside it. She then grabbed Marron, not wanting to let her daughter out of her sight, and went upstairs to her bedroom, where a large safe sat. She opened it up and revealed several strange objects within it, such as replacement parts for her android body, a notebook belonging to a Dr. Gero, and several experimental capsules in a bottle. She placed the crystal ball inside, and was about to close the safe when suddenly she heard her phone ring again. She answered the call while putting Marron down. “Hello? ...Yes, I found a Dragon Ball apparently...”
While 18 was distracted, Marron went over to the open safe and grabbed a box of unidentified pills, feeling curious about them. She reached her little hand into the box and ate...
