Obviously, Gohan had no need for a crib, plus he was too big for one anyway, as he laid sound asleep on his large bed, the cover having a giant bump that was the top of his belly.
He was too invested in whatever dream he was in he never heard Chi-Chi enter the door, and push a button which opened up a hole from the ceiling, and out of it came a tube, which slowly plunged itself into Gohan’s mouth.
Then, Gohan seemed to be lifted off his bed, by some shackles on his legs and hands.
Chi-Chi just watched as water began to travel into Gohan’s mouth from the tube, as he unconsciously drank it all, his body beginning to inflate, becoming taller, rounder, fatter, wider, he was growing into a bowling ball with a head, hands, a long tail and legs.
