Ash allowed the confusing pokemon to 'contemplate' his offer. Pikachu still seemed uneasy. For a second, Ash thought the pokemon looked positively demonic - however, it began to hover close to him, and Ash, imagining it had accepted his offer, smiled. The being stopped just at Ash's face.
In a weird way, Ash felt friendly with the cute little glitch, and put his hand out. "Is that a yes?"
Ash's niceness didn't seem to impress the pokemon. In an instant, a flash covered the whole lake, as a torrential beam shot straight from missing no and into Ash. Ash felt nothing. All that was left of the trainer known as Ash was his red hat, and Pikachu briefly looked on in horror. Missing No began to glimmer and shimmer. It'd shot Ash Ketchum with it's 'weapon', and Ash was gone.
Yet Pikachu was confused, as Missing No seemed to disappear, while a very glitched looking version of Ash took it's place. Smiling at 'it's' pokemon, the glitched Ash Ketchum dusted off the red hat, cleared it's throat, and stood straight.
"While Pikachu, let's go, we have..." It seemed like a process ran in the glitched Ash's head. "Some badges to win!"
Pikachu, feeling off at it's rather robotic master, seem hesitant. Yet the environment glitched again, and Pikachu nodded, forgetting it's hesitation. It forgot the whole situation had even occurred, in fact.
