Alice followed uncertainly into the back. She was unsure if being a lesbian was a requirement for the job, and was afraid to ask. She was a people person, and didn't think of herself as prejudiced, especially not that way...
She was used to catching guys' heads snapping away, when she turned. The ogling of her body was quite familiar. Sure, it might feel different when it was other women. But, as long as nobody was 'handsy' Alice was happy she could handle it.

"Oh, and as the bar tender you will be expected to listen, and be attentive, supportive, even flirty. But, we don't want any complicating relations with the customers." It was a reassurance to Alice, frankly a relief. Friendly but not involved felt like the right balance.
Her own concerns suddenly rose up as she took in the staff wardrobe. All the outfits were designed to flaunt her body, displaying it to best effect, and tease the customers. It was a little more flesh than she'd normally show. But, for work she could compromise. You could certainly provoke a reaction, and hide behind the shield that a relationship wasn't permitted.
However, Alice scanned the outfits, she was desperately hoping for some outfits, and not others. The need to find a job, and pay her bills was the highest priority. Lips silently moving in a mantra. She hoped for an easy first night, and for this not to be too challenging.
