Atlantis: The Kingdom of Currents

The underwater kingdom is home to many aquatic species of cryptids. The special magic pillars around Atlantis allow humans to breathe easily in its waters, making exploring the deep ocean possible. The City in the centre of Atlantis is ruled by the Kumari Kandam and are the rulers of the entire realm, they govern the laws in the realm and keep the inhabitance safe from dangers. The Kumari Kandam’s protection reaches far but beyond that is the territory of Cetus, a hideous sea monster who devours all who cross him, he guards Cetus’ Light, an orb of great power that many greedy and evil people sort after. While not an issue for most of the underwater creatures there is a law passed in Atlantis that affects humans, most of the creatures in Atlantis don't produce any waste, humans however do and as such the Kumari Kandam have decreed that any human entering Atlantis must be wearing some sort of diaper to prevent their waste entering the waters of Atlantis, any human without a diaper on will be punished if caught.

Cetus’ Light - An orb that transforms the holder into an astral form, while in this form they can only affect and be affected by energy, no physical items will touch them. They will also be able to manipulate water to use offensively or defensively. The holders astral form will be translucent and grey, much like a ghost.
