Chapter #5Shrinks you by: Unknown The flash made you a bit disoriented and made you lose your balance. As soon as you regain your vision, everything around you seemed a little taller than usual. It wasn’t quite noticeable at first but the shrinking process was starting to speed up. You then realize that everything is getting bigger for some reason... too big. In a matter of seconds, green blades of grass were blocking most of your vision of the house. Hopefully thinking that your shrinking stopped... it didn’t. Soon the green blades of grass was growing even taller until it suddenly stopped. Looking up and at everything around, you were amazed but also terrified at what just happened. You were about the size of an ant and was questioning if this was a dream or is it truly happening.
You walk to the large blades of grass and touch one of them. It felt quite real as you felt the fuzziness of the blade. In testing out if your still in a dream, you close your eyes and pinch yourself on the cheek just enough for it to hurt. When you open, nothing changed. You think “Is this really happening?!” You are quite frightened now that because of your small size, you are now vulnerable in getting hurt or perhaps stepped on... perhaps by your own Pokémon!

While all these things are happening to you, your vulpix was also disoriented by the flash of the object it was holding and once it regained its vision, you were gone. It was a bit confused in why and or how you just disappeared out of nowhere. Even though the vulpix is quite a handful, it still loved you as it’s trainer. On its way trying to look for you, it walked to the back door of the house looking through the glass to find you but you weren’t anywhere. Being even more curious, it started to walk and smell it’s way toward where it last saw you.

During the time you were studying your surroundings finding out that your still in your backyard and based on what you remember, all fences and doors were closed. Even though you were so tiny, you were a little relieved that you are at least safe where you are... for now. Just then, you became a tiny bit lightheaded which you assume was a small side effect of the very bright flash from the rock. It only lasted for just a few seconds then you were fine.
You begin to wonder, “was that stone my vulpix was holding the reason I shrunk?” You almost forgot that your Pokémon was in your yard as well. “Could it have shrunk as well?” You ask yourself. Just then you hear some thumps from a distance, then they started to get louder... and closer. Looking at the direction of these thumps, you see the tails of a Pokémon which you notice to be the ones of your Vulpix. These tails began to get closer and more of your vulpix was being revealed from the very tall grass. At your normal size, your Vulpix was the average small size but from the perspective of your new size, it looked absolutely massive now. Those thumps became uncomfortably louder as your first thought was that my own Pokémon could step on me without even noticing. You didn’t think it was much but you ran to the nearest grass blade and hid behind it hoping that it may increase your chance of not getting stepped on. As the thumps and booms of the vulpix’s steps became closer, you then heard another noise coming closer. The noise sounded like sniffing. You peak from your hiding place to see that the vulpix’s head was now visible and based on what you saw, it seemed like it was looking for something. You then think, could it be looking for... me? However, since the booms were getting louder, it started to shake the ground around you a little and you lost your balance while peaking and fell away from your hiding place into a somewhat open spot in the grass. A shadow starts to loom over and as you look back up, you see the massive paw of a Pokémon come down somewhat close to you. Following that paw back up, you see the cute face of your Pokémon sniffing around the area where you are. You hope that maybe the vulpix notices you to keep you safe from danger.
As the vulpix sniffs where your sitting, it...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
