Claire continued to dwindle down until she stood on the bed at only 1/2 inch tall. Derek felt himself growing more and more excited looking down Agnes his girlfriends helpless little body.
"Okay babe, open your eyes," Derek said, unable to contain his excitement.
Before she even opened her eyes, Claire knew something was wrong. Derek's voice sounded incredibly loud, almost like a massive echo. Tentatively opening her eyes, Claire could not believe the sight in front of her.
She was still on her boyfriend's bed, at least she thought she was, and was staring up at the godlike form in front of her. A godlike form, she realized, that was actually Derek.
"SURPRISE," Derek yelled, causing poor Claire to scream. "Now let's get a better look at you." Derek lowered his hand down as Claire began to back away. He was too quick for her though, and scooped her up in his palm.
Claire was stunned at the sheer size of her boyfriend. "What....what happened," she stuttered in a confused manor.
"Well my dad invented this shrink ray," Derek said. "And I thought I'd test it out." He paused waiting to see how she would react. "So what do you think?"
